Pre-ordering is new for many families. Here's how it works with us.

What does pre-order mean?
These items are on their way to us and are not in our shop yet. Pre-ordering reserves yours, so it's set aside for you the moment it arrives.
Why is there no price yet?
Final prices depend on the shipment that's on its way. We'll announce them soon, and we call every customer to confirm the price before delivery.
Do I pay anything now?
No. Reserving is free. You pay in cash for your items and delivery when your order is delivered.
What information do you need?
Only your name, phone number and delivery address. No account, no card.
How much is delivery?
₪20 to the West Bank, ₪35 to Jerusalem and ₪70 to Palestinian towns inside the Green Line. One fee per order.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
Yes. When we call to confirm, just tell us what you'd like to change. You have not paid anything yet.
