Questions

Good to know.

Here's how ordering works with us.

Are the items in stock?

How do pack prices work?
Some items are cheaper in a pack — for example any 3 HappyPaci pacifiers for ₪50. Choose “Pack” on the product page, pick your colours, and the pack price is applied in your basket.
When do I pay?
You pay in cash for your items and delivery when your order is delivered.
What information do you need?
Only your name, phone number and delivery address. No account, no card.
How much is delivery?
Free in Beit Sahour, ₪10 to Bethlehem and Beit Jala, ₪20 to Bethlehem-area villages and the rest of the West Bank, ₪35 to Jerusalem and ₪70 to Palestinian towns in the 1948 Areas. One fee per order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. When we call to confirm, just tell us what you'd like to change.
